Registration Requirements

To register as a construction worker, the applicant must:

• Have worked in construction for at least 90 days in the past year

Employer Registration

All construction establishments, owners, and developers must register with the board if the project cost exceeds Rs. 10 lakhs. The registration requires:

• Details of the establishment/project
• Estimated cost of construction
• Number of workers employed
• Duration of the project
• Payment of applicable cess
